Looking for reference documents on the trend to use less and less negative cold chain at operational level

I’m looking for some reference documents (papers, studies, guideline, etc.) that demonstrate that the current trend is to have less and less negative cold chain at operational level since it’s only needed for OPV and rota vaccine and since more and more countries avoid the use of frozen icepacks.
