The emerging and ongoing challenges of COVID-19 require innovative and agile approaches to program delivery, particularly when addressing vaccine hesitancy across the globe.

The Boost Community and The Curve, a consortium led by Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and M&C Saatchi World Services, are excited to present a 4-part training course that will teach the principles of Responsive Feedback (RF), a process that helps practitioners use data to make better decisions and increase program success while active in the field.

Course participants will be given:

? Guidance on the steps of the CURVE process, which help organizations prepare for and implement Responsive Feedback within their programs

? Actionable steps that you can integrate now into your programs to address vaccine uptake and acceptance

? Strategies to extract more value from data in low-resource settings and programs

? Opportunities to workshop real problems with vaccine hesitancy expert Dr. Vish Viswanath of Harvard University

The 4-part training course includes:

⭐ Session 3: Seeking the Evidence: Using Various Tools and Approaches to Gather Quality Program Data

⭐ Session 4: Evolving for Improvement: Holding Pause and Reflect Sessions to Help Guide Decisions for Action

Fast Facts

Who is it for? This course is designed for sub-national and national immunization professionals that:

  • Work in the areas of community health, health/vaccine education, or health/vaccine promotion or outreach
  • Are above entry-level within their organization and have worked for their organization for a minimum of six months

No prior knowledge of responsive feedback is required. Those with and without experience are equally welcomed!

When is it? The course will run from October 14 - November 4, 2021, and sessions will be held every Thursday at 12:00 PM GMT (check local time).

How much time will I need? The time commitment is approximately 2 hours per week

Is there a certification? A certificate of completion from Boost and The Curve, will be provided based on attendance of all four sessions and completion of all assignments

How much does it cost? This course is FREE for Boost members
