We are making slow but gradual progress with releasing the EVM2 app on all the different app stores. As noted previously, the iOS (Apple) version is available in Apple's App Store. Now, if you have a WHO email account, you can find the EVM2 app in the Windows Store. Just open the Windows Store on your Windows 10 laptop, PC or phone and sign in the store. Under "World Health Organization" you should see a link to the EVM2 app. Apologies to those who do not have WHO accounts - we will release the app to everyone as soon as possible but at the moment there is a legal issue to resolve before we are allowed to go fully public on the Windows Store. Stay tuned!

Just to reiterate - the app is already publicly available on Android (via direct link) and in the Apple App Store. I will do my best to keep this group up to date on all future EVM2 tool developments as they happen.

We are still trying to get the app into the Google Play Store (for Android devices) and Windows Store but are having to work through some legal issues first. We hope to have this resolved before the end of the year.

Dear all, greetings from beautiful MaIdives. We have just started our EVM2 assessment and all is going well so far. As there are many participants from different countries, I propose to use this group to share information and resources on EVM2, answer questions, resolve common software problems, etc. I have updated the group settings to make it easier for TechNet members to join so please let others who are interested know about it.

Please create new discussions or respond to the existing ones from last year. We are planning a webinar on EVM2 after the summer so stay tuned for more details on that. Also new training material will be created in the coming months. Best regards, Dan

A new release for the website is available with the following changes/improvements:

Programme Questionnaire
- The Programme Questionnaire will no longer appear on the list of questionnaires to assign
- It is no longer possible to mark the questionnaire as completed if none questions has been answered

Units and Locations
- The export and import features now use a more easily manageable template
- It is now possible to configure the GPS Location of a location by clicking on a map or by defining the latitude and longitude
- Location's facility code max length has been increased to 20 (was 10)

Assessment
- Creating an assessment without every Category and Criterion selected will no longer cause an error
- Links on the left side are now working as expected:
  + You can navigate between steps if the assessment is still in preparation
  + If already created you can only see the Review step
- When all questionnaires have been marked as Completed, the assessment will also change it's state to Completed

Help section
- The help section is now available for editing / reading:
  + If the user is a global admin he will see the page as editable (Richtext / Html editor)
  + If the user is not a global admin he will see the page as read only

Score Map
- The score map feature should now be working as expected:
  + Different locations will show in different map markers filtered by the filter conditions
  + Hovering a location will show its score
  + Clicking the location will redirect the user to the heat map page for that assessment / location

A new version of the EVM app has been released. This releases includes changes on sections L14 and L16 (with this it will be possible to integrate with PQS equipment).

We recommend that you uninstall any earlier version you have before installing this new release.

As far as the website, a new release is also available with the following changes/improvements:

• Heatmap;
• Design improvement on assessment creation steps;
• Changed maximum stock to a monthly based field (on supply chain parameters);
• Design improvement on Supply Chain Parameters;
• Global Admin and Country managers are able to remove permissions from other accounts;
• Allow the possibility for Country manager to moderate country permissions;
• Now it’s only possible to assign questionnaires to country assessors of that specific country;
• Minor bug fixing on Account and Assessments pages.

A new version of the EVM app has been released. This releases includes changes to the following sections:

- Heatmap - Added link to the requirement's detail, explanation popup to columns/rows headings, fixed score for R17 and back button navigation;
- L3 – standalone questionnaires – when a specific PQS vaccine has been selected, the related questions are prefilled (in the case the dropdown list considers only one option);
- L5 - added some fixes on the tracers;
- Fixed issue that was causing the exception “Error. Unable to save the section on the device";
- Minor improvements on: download section, vertical alignment of answer buttons, page titles, size of the icon marking the wrong answer increased.

We recommend that you uninstall any earlier version you have before installing this new release.
