The interesting document that he is sending, "Gestion et destruction des déchets piquants issus de la campagne", of which he is co-author with Mamadou Mustapha Sy, gives the details of their experience. This document is now only available in French. It shall be translated into English (tbc) and you will be informed whenever it is ready.
