The UNICEF East Asia Pacific Regional Office, with support from TechNet-21, gladly invites you to join and learn how to use geospatial data and technologies to strengthen health systems by geo-enabling health information systems, programs, or interventions.
This series of workshops will introduce the concept and process behind the geo-enablement of the health information system. The series will comprise biweekly technical sessions with 6 (six) sessions, each lasting 2 hours, starting June 19, 2024.
The key objectives of this series of workshops are:
- Demonstrate the potential of geospatial data and technologies in public health.
- Introduce the HIS geo-enabling framework and its implementation in countries.
- Transfer knowledge, expertise and resources to allow participants to implement the HIS geo-enabling framework in their respective countries.
